I'm cute. I had a boyfriend all through highschool, I went to the Junior prom when I was a Freshman. I am a nice looking woman.

Or so I thought.

Wednesday, I was at CVS. Charlene's 'boyfriend' was working. I decided to try my hand at flirting. He's maybe 17, I'm almost double that. He has acne, I have aches. But, I was pulling out all the stops, I wanted the CVS ad for next week. I batted my eyelashes, made small talk about hand sanitizer, and then just when the timing was right, I dropped the bomb.

"Can you maybe let me have next weeks circular, I get so impatient waiting to see the extra care buck deals." I cooed sweetly through my pursed lips.

He looked as though he was caught by Chris Hansen and Dateline NBC on ' To Catch A Predator.'

"I'm sorry, I can't do that, I could get in BIG trouble."  He protested.

So there you have the update. Mr. Retin-A has grown a conscience. He obviously read the memo handed down from corporate and decided that in order to stay on the career fast track at CVS, he had to go straight.  He flipped. And inside, I applauded him.

Later that night, Charlene called and said "Ready?"

For what?

"Next weeks CVS Ad Ms. Blogger!" She exclaimed.

"Where did you get it?" I wondered

" Umm..from Mr. Audio Visual himself, like always." She replied.

SON OF A BISCUIT!!!!!!!!!

That little turd! He gave it to her like it was the cure for cancer, but I get a " I can get in BIG trouble?!?!?!?!"

I have two words.

What.

Ever.

Obviously, I am not 'hot' enough to risk losing his $6.25 an hour job over. But Charlene 'Uber Milf"?? She's worth risking it all.
